Oneida Long Term Care Facility

FNESL provided project management services for the remediation of the Oneida Nation of the Thames Long Term Care Facility. The contractor was Sierra Construction for this 47,000 sq. foot facility that houses 64 beds.

Provided detailed design services and contract administration services for a new water treatment plant, lake intake and watermain.

Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation - Commercial Plaza

Detailed design services and contract administration of a design-build project for the construction of a 16,000 sq ft Commercial Retail Plaza.

Provided detailed design and contract administration services for the construction of an 18,000 sq. ft. one storey facility which houses the Administration/Council and Chambers for the Walpole Island First Nation.
