Craig Baker, P.Eng.
 
Craig Baker, P.Eng is a professional engineer licensed in the provinces of Ontario and Alberta.  Craig is also a member of the American Water Works Association, its affiliate is the Ontario Water Works Association, and the Engineering Institute of Canada.  
 
Craig was born in Hamilton and graduated from McMaster University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree.  Craig worked for Western Canadian consulting engineering firms for the next five years on projects in the Yukon, British Columbia and Alberta.  In 1984, Craig joined the Department of Indian and Northern Development (DIAND) Technical Services, Government of Canada in Whitehorse, Yukon and later transferred to DIAND's Toronto Regional office.  In 1988 he rejoined the consulting engineering professions and was a founding partner in Aquafor Engineering Ltd. in 1990. In 1995 he became General Manager of First Nations Engineering Services Ltd. 
 
Craig's professional engineering career spans 30 years and he has accumulated a broad range of experience in the private and government sectors within the municipal engineering field.  Craig has overseen the design and construction of over 350 million dollars worth of infrastructure projects for First Nations Engineering Services Ltd.  Craig also acts as the Director of Quality Assurance and Quality control for FNESL.  Mr. Baker completes all final reviews as a quality control measure and provides overall direction to the senior design engineers and AutoCAD designers ensuring that the appropriate resources are deployed to meet desired time lines.
